The Science of Humility — book 27

Recently (July, 2005), Padrinho Paulo Roberto asked me, "How can you be humble with 807 hymns?" I meditated for a minute, and then answered, "I can see how one would ask that but, actually, finding oneself the channel for a sizeable teaching from the astral turns out to be very humbling." The very existence of this book, The Science of Humility, attests that this is something I am still endeavoring to learn. To that end, each of these hymns is a meditation on some aspect of humility, which includes devotion, service, respect, awe, contrition, surrender and repentance.

Recentemente (julho, 2005), Padrinho Paulo Roberto perguntou-me, "Como pode você ser humilde com 807 hinos?" Eu pensei por um minuto, e respondido então, "Eu posso ver como alguém pediria aquele mas, realmente, descobrir que é a canaleta para um ensino considerável do astral é muito humildamento a tarefa." A mesmo existência deste livro, "A Ciência do Humildade," atesta que este é algo que eu me estou esforçando ainda para aprender. A essa extremidade, cada um destes hinos é um meditação em algum aspecto do humilde, que inclui a devoção, presta serviços de manutenção, respeita, respeitoso, contritando, rendição e se-arrependendo.
